As part of its 1991 budget, the town is considering charging more to participate in Recreation Department programs. A recent boom of families with school-aged children moving into the area has caused the program to expand into one of the largest in Saratoga County, with more than 600 participants during the summer months.
Town Councilman Ray O'Conor
said the user fees may be needed to manage expansion better and to maintain safety and programmatic standards.
